You authorize the Company and/or its third-party payment providers to store and access your payment information and to charge the Payment Method for applicable fees as they become due (one-time or instalment).

Taxes & Duties

Usage of Services
Account access is personal. Sharing your password, making your account public, distributing or selling service content, or duplicating material without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, penalties, or legal action.
While using our platform, you must:

Refund, Cancellation & Transferability Policy

Self-Paced Courses
All sales of self-paced courses are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Live & Offline Courses
All sales of live and offline courses are final. Refunds will not be issued. In exceptional cases, participants may request a transfer to another batch of the same course subject to seat availability and Company discretion; approval is not guaranteed.

Proprietary Rights
The Services and all Materials provided (names, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, software, data, and other elements) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only as expressly permitted under this TOS.
Any Feedback you provide (suggestions or ideas) may be used by the Company without restriction or compensation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Services.
Confidentiality
You may not use Confidential Information except as permitted by this TOS or as separately authorized in writing by the Company. You must not disclose Confidential Information during or after your use of the Services and should take reasonable measures to protect it (at least those you take to protect your own confidential information).
Any breach of confidentiality may lead to legal consequences.
